British tennis icon and three-time Grand Slam winner, Andy Murray, recently shared a photo on social media capturing a moment with Argentinian football superstar, Lionel Messi.
Murray playfully captioned the image, referencing a famous football debate: “I asked him if he could do it on a cold rainy night in Stoke. He replied `cállate la boca`, which I think means `yes` in Spanish.”
Lionel Messi was in Miami to attend the semi-final match of the Masters tournament. The match featured Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov and Serbian star Novak Djokovic. Following the match, Messi and Djokovic reportedly exchanged signed jerseys.
Notably, Andy Murray has joined Novak Djokovic`s coaching team since the off-season. Djokovic has indicated that their partnership with the British tennis legend is expected to continue for an “indefinite period.”
