Arsenal has released its end-of-season list of retained players, confirming that 17 players will be leaving the club.
Among the departures are midfielder Jorginho and left-back Kieran Tierney, whose contracts have come to an end.

Meanwhile, the future of midfielder Thomas Partey is currently being discussed. The 31-year-old has been linked with a move away from the Emirates Stadium as his current contract is set to expire this month.
Clubs such as Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Juventus, and teams from Saudi Arabia are reportedly interested in the Ghanaian international.
Despite interest from elsewhere, Partey is understood to prefer remaining in London. Negotiations for a contract extension are underway, with both manager Mikel Arteta and sporting director Andrea Berta reportedly keen to keep him at the club.
A statement from Arsenal regarding Partey`s situation confirmed: “Discussions are ongoing, and once matters are finalised between all parties, we will communicate in due course.”

Regarding the departing players, Jorginho is reportedly close to joining Brazilian club Flamengo on a free transfer.
Left-back Kieran Tierney, who was on loan, is expected to make a permanent return to Celtic next month.

Loan players Neto and Raheem Sterling are also confirmed to be returning to their parent clubs.
Sterling`s loan spell at Arsenal was disappointing, with the player starting just 13 games across all competitions and scoring only once. He is reportedly uncertain about his future at Chelsea, where he still has two years remaining on his contract. Talks with Chelsea management are planned for this month.

A number of youth team players have also been released. These include: Nathan Butler-Oyedeji, Reece Clairmont, Khayon Edwards, Jakai Fisher, Romari Forde, Jimi Gower, Jack Henry-Francis, Max Kuczynski, Salah-Eddine Oulad M’Hand, Ismail M’Hand, Brian Okonkwo, Elian Quesada-Thorn, and Zacariah Shuaib.
From the Arsenal Women`s team, Teyah Goldie, Lina Hurtig, and Amanda Ilestedt have departed.

However, Chloe Kelly, who spent the second half of the season on loan from Manchester City, is currently in talks to make her move permanent. Her contract with Manchester City expires at the end of the month, making her a potential free agent signing for Arsenal.
