Arsenal are reportedly keen on signing Real Madrid winger Rodrygo as they look to bolster their attacking options.
The Gunners are preparing for a big summer after narrowly missing out on the Premier League title again.
According to Sky Germany, Arsenal are “seriously considering” signing Rodrygo to help them take the next step.
It is claimed that a deal for the Brazilian is “difficult,” but the North London club is exploring the options to get it done.
It has also been reported that talks have BEGUN behind the scenes.
The 24-year-old Rodrygo is thought to be seeking an exit from the Bernabeu following reports claiming he feels unsettled.
Spanish outlet Marca reported that the winger feels “displaced” at Madrid and is hoping to be the main attacking figure.
This hasn`t happened due to the presence of stars like Vinicius Jr., Jude Bellingham, and Kylian Mbappe in the squad, reportedly causing a “rift” between players.
Arsenal and Mikel Arteta could offer the Brazilian a starring role at the Emirates Stadium next season.
The Gunners are searching for a new left winger to provide competition for Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli.
They are desperate for players who can score, having struggled in the opposition box at crucial times this term.
Rodrygo has scored six goals in 30 La Liga appearances this season, while Martinelli and Trossard have both scored eight goals in the Premier League.
Arsenal are also reportedly searching for a new striker ahead of the new campaign.
Sporting Lisbon`s Viktor Gyokeres and Benjamin Sesko of RB Leipzig are among the names being considered by the club`s hierarchy.
However, it seems unlikely that Newcastle striker Alexander Isak will be available, despite widespread reports of Arteta`s admiration for the Swede.
