World No. 1 Belarusian tennis player Aryna Sabalenka confidently defeated Italian Jasmine Paolini, ranked sixth in the world, in the semi-finals of the WTA 500 tournament in Stuttgart. Sabalenka won with a score of 7-5, 6-4.

The match lasted 1 hour and 37 minutes. Sabalenka extended her head-to-head record against Paolini to 5-2.
