Renowned tennis coach Darren Cahill, known for his work with Grand Slam champions such as Andre Agassi and Andy Murray, and currently coaching world No. 1 Jannik Sinner, recently shared his reflections on social media regarding Sinner`s participation in the clay-court Masters tournament in Rome, Italy.
“Thanks, Rome. Congratulations to Carlos Alcaraz and his team. A remarkable performance. Two fantastic weeks in Italy for all of us. Bravo, Jannik. Exceeding expectations has become your norm, which is actually far from normal. Paris is our next step,” Cahill wrote in his post.
It is worth noting that Sinner reached Sunday`s final at the Rome Masters, where he was defeated by Carlos Alcaraz with a score of 6/7(5), 1/6. This tournament marked Sinner`s return to competition after a period away.
