The highly anticipated mixed martial arts bout between strongmen Eddie Hall and Mariusz Pudzianowski in Gliwice, Poland, was marred by technical difficulties as fans trying to watch the event encountered issues.

Chaos erupted when the official Pay-Per-View website streaming the fight appeared to buckle under the high volume of traffic just before the event was set to begin, leaving many unable to purchase or access the stream.

Visitors to the website were met with a message stating, “We have temporarily limited the number of simultaneous connections. Please be patient and try again in a few minutes. Thank you for your understanding.”

Ahead of the KSW 105 clash, Eddie Hall underwent a significant transformation, shedding 45kg from his peak strongman weight of 195kg, a weight at which he won World`s Strongest Man in 2017. Mariusz Pudzianowski, a five-time World`s Strongest Man champion (2002, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008) known for a relatively leaner strongman physique, weighed in at 120kg.

Despite the contrasting builds and strongman backgrounds, it was Hall who proved to be the dominant force in the octagon that night.

Hall delivered a stunning performance, stopping Pudzianowski just 30 seconds into the first round. After landing a powerful right hand that visibly hurt his opponent, Hall followed up aggressively, prompting the referee to step in and stop the contest.

Speaking about his preparation diet, Hall mentioned following a carnivore diet comprising only meat, eggs, and dairy. He credited this approach for helping him maintain muscle mass while reducing body fat, leading to high energy levels and improved endurance for the demands of MMA training.

He stated that his focus wasn`t solely on weight but on fitness and the ability to handle multi-minute rounds with short recovery periods, confirming he felt well-conditioned and his cardio was strong.
