England football star Millie Bright has reportedly ended her relationship with her fiancé and started a new one with a married personal trainer.
The 31-year-old Lionesses defender withdrew from the Euro 2025 tournament this week, citing that she felt unable to perform at 100 per cent mentally or physically.

Sources indicate she has separated from her intended husband, Levi Crew, and has become close to a fitness instructor.
It is understood the trainer has since left his wife and is residing at the Chelsea captain`s upscale residence.
It is not suggested that either individual was unfaithful to their respective partners.
According to friends, Millie, who was part of the victorious Euro 2022 squad and captained England to the 2023 World Cup final, met the trainer last year when she began exercising at a gym in Redhill, Surrey.
Sources further claim she later developed a friendship with the trainer, a married man and father, whose identity is being withheld.
Earlier this year, she ended her relationship with Levi, while the trainer`s separation from his wife reportedly happened unexpectedly.
A source commented, “Millie`s surprising decision to withdraw from the England squad before Euro 2025 left many fans astonished.”
They added that she has consistently expressed immense pride and love for representing her country.
The source continued, “She has developed very strong feelings for this person, which has involved significant personal changes.”
“The repercussions have been considerable,” they stated, “but Millie is completely captivated by this man.”
However, other sources close to Millie emphasized that her withdrawal was solely due to the necessity of undergoing surgery for a persistent injury.
Millie and Levi previously shared a residence in Surrey, and their families had a close relationship.
In December 2023, she publicly announced their engagement via social media, showcasing her diamond ring during a vacation in Mauritius.
She had previously referred to Levi as her “king” and credited him with being by her side “through thick and thin”.
She even has a tattoo of his eye on her arm, a detail often visible in official team photographs.
Nevertheless, followers observed that she had removed all references to him from her social media profiles and deleted the post announcing their engagement.
Millie recently had minor knee surgery following a highly successful season with Chelsea, where the team achieved a treble and remained undefeated in domestic competitions.
She described the decision to withdraw from the upcoming Euros in Switzerland as “not easy,” explaining, “I simply don`t feel I am 100 per cent mentally or physically capable of competing in a tournament right now.”
Her stated goal is to “get back into peak condition and simply be happy again, generally feeling like myself.”
England`s initial match in the tournament is scheduled against the highly-rated French team on July 5th.

A representative for Millie Bright declined to provide a comment last night.
