Feliciano Lopez: Anyone Looks Bad Compared to the Big Three

Sport news

Former world No. 12 Feliciano Lopez has drawn a comparison between the era of the `Big Three` in men`s tennis and the current landscape of the sport.

“When you compare different eras… the last one was the best in tennis history, featuring three or even four absolute phenomenons who would have dominated in any generation. Of course, in comparison to them, everything will seem less impressive. However, we now have Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz, who are leading men`s tennis, and their rivalry will only intensify over time as they both continue to improve. That`s what we should focus on,” Lopez stated in an interview with EFE news agency, shortly after being re-elected as Davis Cup director until 2027.
