Critically acclaimed director Zack Snyder will direct the film, with support from Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority.
'Brawler' will tell the story of a young, promising fighter striving for UFC success after emerging from the “rough streets of Los Angeles” while “battling his inner demons.”
UFC CEO and President Dana White commented on the film: "Turki Alalshikh and Zack Snyder share a vision for creating a film about the UFC."
"They are both very enthusiastic about this project, aiming to show fans what it takes to become a UFC champion. It’s an incredibly ambitious project, and I am excited to see it come to fruition."
Snyder, known for directing Hollywood hits like 300 and Justice League, stated: "Behind every great fighter is the story of their journey."
"UFC is the leading organization in combat sports, and I am honored to partner with them to share this incredible story."
Alalshikh, who recently announced the creation of TKO Boxing with White, had been hinting at a UFC movie with Snyder for over a year.

He expressed his enthusiasm that the project is finally moving forward, saying: “I have been a fan of Zack’s work for many years."
"His unique style, from iconic action scenes to stunning visuals and deeply emotional storytelling – combined with his humanized portrayal of deeply flawed characters – is unique."
"I couldn’t imagine a better partner to bring the UFC to the big screen.”
The cast for the film, which currently lacks a release date, remains unknown.
It is expected that Snyder and his Stone Quarry production company will film scenes for the movie during live UFC events.
Producers of the 2024 'Roadhouse' remake, starring former two-division champion Conor McGregor, filmed a fight scene during UFC 285 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas in March 2023.
Fans present were surprised when Jake Gyllenhaal performed a full octagon walk twice and sparred with former UFC welterweight Jey Hieron.
