Jack Grealish demonstrated his impressive footwork by performing a Riverdance-like jig in Dubai.

The England player traveled to a sunny destination to recover after not being included in the new England squad by coach Thomas Tuchel.

He has spent a significant part of the international break training with a personal trainer to get into peak condition for the rest of the season.

His partner Sasha Attwood and daughter Mila, on their first foreign vacation together, also helped to cheer him up in the Dubai sun.

The trio was accompanied by another family on the sunny getaway, and the £100 million Manchester City star performed a lively dance for one of the children at the Irish bar McGettigans JLT.

A source mentioned, “Jack was disappointed to be dropped from the England squad. He has also been struggling to find his form in Manchester. Therefore, a break in the sun with family and friends was exactly what he needed to regain his energy for the remainder of the season.”

Grealish and businesswoman Sasha welcomed their daughter last September, describing Mila Rose Grealish`s arrival as `the most special moment of their lives`.

Tuchel has suggested that the possibility remains for Grealish to return to the England team in the future.

The City star has only started six Premier League matches this season and hasn`t scored in the league since December 2023.

Grealish was initially not included in Gareth Southgate’s Euro 2024 squad but rejoined the team under interim manager Lee Carsley.

England coach Tuchel commented: “I admire Jack. I admire everything about him. I love his personality, I love his quality. Is he a player who should be available and capable of making a difference in our squad? Yes, absolutely. But recently, he simply hasn`t had the rhythm, and he and I completely agree on this.”

“He said, `Listen Thomas, I’m not a player who performs well with inconsistent playing time. It`s very challenging for me to influence a game coming off the bench and then be on the bench again, and then start again two weeks later.` “I`m not criticizing anyone, not at all, but it’s just a characteristic of Jack. He improves with consistent minutes on the field.”

Grealish spoke about “the most challenging year of his life” in an emotional interview last month. The former Aston Villa star and his girlfriend Sasha Attwood welcomed baby Mila Rose in September.

However, his exclusion from the Euros and loss of form for City put the £100 million player in a difficult situation.

Grealish admitted: “Last year, the entire year, was strange because my little daughter was born, but aside from that, it was one of the most difficult years. Probably the most difficult year of my life for many reasons, both on and off the field.”

Earlier this month, Grealish was celebrated in the North East after visiting a social club and buying drinks for everyone.

Grealish posed for photos and chatted with locals during a visit to Richard Logan, 37, the brother of fellow England star Jordan Pickford.

One local pub-goer told The Daily Mail: “Jack was a complete gentleman. £500 is enough to keep the entire bar supplied with pints for several hours. What a star he is, he is welcome back anytime.”
