Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson`s red card suspension has been increased by FIFA.
The incident occurred during Friday`s 3-1 Club World Cup loss against Flamengo, where the striker received a red card for a reckless challenge.

Initially, Jackson`s ban was only expected to cover the Blues` final group match versus ES Tunis on Wednesday morning.
However, the FIFA Disciplinary Committee has now extended the ban to two matches.
This means Jackson will be unavailable for Chelsea`s round of 16 fixture if they advance from Group D.
The decision to lengthen the suspension is final and cannot be appealed.
Jackson was introduced as a substitute when Chelsea were trailing Flamengo 2-1 and was shown the red card just four minutes later.
The 24-year-old Senegal international will also miss the first Premier League match of the upcoming season against Crystal Palace due to a red card received late last season against Newcastle.
When asked if Jackson`s disciplinary issues could affect his position relative to new signing Liam Delap, manager Enzo Maresca responded: “No, the red card has nothing to do with Nico’s future.”
He added: “He got the first one against Newcastle before Liam arrived, and now another.”
“I`m not entirely certain it was a definite red card, but the referee made that decision.”
“Nico is well aware that neither incident was beneficial for the team.””
Following the Flamengo match, Jackson posted on Instagram: “Another red card… and honestly, I’m so angry at myself.”
“I work hard every day to help the team and not put us in these situations.”
“I still don’t fully grasp how it occurred. However, one thing is certain: it wasn’t intentional.”
“Just a football moment that went wrong. No excuses. I take full responsibility.””
