17-year-old Russian tennis player Mirra Andreeva has brought a new specialist into her team. This was announced by former world No. 1 Dinara Safina, who is currently coaching Diana Schneider, in `Bol`she!`.
The name of the specialist has not yet been disclosed. It is noted that this person previously worked with 2022 Wimbledon champion and world No. 10 Elena Rybakina from Kazakhstan.
Several days ago, tennis fans on social media noticed Andreeva working with fitness coach Azuz Simcich during a training session ahead of the WTA 500 tournament in Stuttgart, Germany. Simcich left Rybakina`s team in early 2025, around the time Elena ended her collaboration with coach Goran Ivanisevic.
