The fight between the two athletes was a fierce contest for three rounds. In the fourth round, Holzer, 23, managed to secure a rear-naked choke on Ilbay, 30.

Ilbay was forced to submit to his undefeated opponent.

However, instead of a sportsmanlike handshake, Holzer engaged in highly inappropriate behavior.

The victor seemed to mock his rival, who was still recovering on his knees.

Holzer then proceeded to kiss Ilbay on the head and grab him around the waist, simulating a sexual act.

Ilbay reacted with fury to the disrespectful actions of his fellow German fighter and started throwing punches.

The enraged Ilbay pursued Holzer out of the octagon, continuing to strike him.

Despite the ensuing brawl, Holzer seemed unfazed and continued his celebrations outside the ring.

This victory extends Holzer`s unblemished record to 11-0.

For Ilbay, this marks his second professional loss, bringing his record to 8-2.

Holzer`s conduct is reminiscent of UFC icon Israel Adesanya`s similar controversial celebration after his 2020 victory over Paulo Costa.

In that instance, Adesanya also simulated a sexual act towards Costa at UFC 253.
