Dembele’s French team had surged to a 2-0 lead, increasing their aggregate advantage to 5-1.
However, Villa staged an impressive comeback, narrowing the score to 3-2 on the night and 5-4 overall.
Unai Emery’s squad ultimately couldn`t secure the aggregate equalizer, exiting the European competition in front of their home crowd.
Despite the loss, their victory in the second leg raised significant concerns for PSG.
They are now set to compete against either Arsenal or Real Madrid for a place in the final in Munich.
PSG’s players are aware that they cannot afford any further mistakes if they aim to finally claim the coveted trophy.
Dembele certainly didn`t conceal his feelings at the end of the match.
The winger is having an excellent season, boasting 32 goals and 11 assists across 42 appearances.

However, video footage captured him declining the award as he left the pitch.
Dembele displayed a displeased look as a staff member attempted to present him with the trophy.
Subsequently, he posed for a photograph with his award.
Yet, Dembele`s expression remained stern, reflecting on PSG’s narrow victory.
