World No. 7 Casper Ruud lost the opening set 6-0 to Jannik Sinner in their quarterfinal clash at the Rome Masters.
During the first set, the Norwegian player managed to win only two points while serving. In the second set, Ruud was trailing 2-1, having already been broken.
