Stefanos Tsitsipas on Madrid Power Outage: ‘Probably, I am the best person for such situations’

Sport news

World No. 18 Stefanos Tsitsipas shared his experience of the power outage in Madrid. On Monday evening, due to a large-scale blackout, tournament participants were unable to continue or finish their matches.

He commented: `Everything was fine. I think I`m perfectly suited for moments like these. I know how to occupy myself. I read, had nice conversations with Paula [Badosa] and the team, so I wasn`t particularly worried`.

`Give me any reason to switch focus, and the day will turn out great. By the way, I wasn`t there,` he added.
