Italian independent studio Broken Arms Games has launched a free playtest for their upcoming golf club management simulation game, Under Par Golf Architect. PC players have the opportunity to test the game at no cost from June 6th to 11th and get a feel for its features.
A fundamental part of running a golf club involves crafting the perfect course. To facilitate this, the game equips players with tools to sculpt the terrain and environment of their property, enabling them to realize their ideal layout.
While the complete game will offer significantly more depth, including the comprehensive club management aspects, this specific demo focuses heavily on the course design capabilities. The primary goal is to assess the robustness of these tools and ensure they allow players to create unique courses with distinct visual themes and coherent aesthetics that they find satisfying.
“This open playtest represents a critical juncture in our development process,” commented Yves Hohler, co-founder and creative director at Broken Arms Games. “We are eager to open our doors to the community and gather valuable feedback on the overall user experience.”
Enthusiasts interested in participating can access the free playtest through Steam. Furthermore, Under Par Golf Architect is scheduled to be featured in the upcoming Future Games Show, where Broken Arms Games plans to reveal additional details about the casual management sim`s gameplay mechanics.
